DIY bottle centerpiece
Confession. Sometimes I like to do a little DIY. Nothing major, as I don't want to frustrate myself. So when I came across this simple idea on Pinterest I knew I had to give it a go. With a little party to give, I thought it would be the perfect time to attempt as I could turn out with a different centerpiece. Evidence above ^ I would say it turned out quite pretty!
Take any glass bottles. I used some wine bottles and San Pellegrino since those are what I always have in the house.
You can choose to soak the labels off, or for another affect leave the labels on. I did both. I picked some wine that had some significance for this occasion and left the labels on those bottles.
Pick out spray paint. I chose gold for the above. I can't wait to mix in some other colors I picked up too. Then, spray away! You can coat them as lightly or heavily as you'd like, just not too heavy that they're dripping. On the ones with the labels I went a bit lighter so they would peak through a bit. Let them dry and voilà!
I added colorful paper pinwheels to give it a pop. Simple. Fun. Beautiful!
