DIY Sparkle Boots

 I attempted my first fashion DIY project of sparkle boots from this blog which includes a nice tutorial. For this craft, I bought a pair of plain boots from Old Navy.  It was a little messy at times, but so simple and did not take long at all. Judging from all of the compliments I got from wearing them out, I would say they were a hit! People even came up to me from across the room saying my boots glittering caught their eye and they looked so cute they needed to come and take a closer look. :)

After Oscars Monday

I always look forward to watching the red carpet for the Oscars.  The glitz, the glam, it all draws me in. This year my absolute favorite was the Louis Vuitton number worn by Michelle Williams. I loved everything from the ruffles, to the nude back and even the little sparkly bow! To complete the look I thought the pink clutch finished it off perfectly.
